近年來致力于分析化學、生物分析化學、化學生物學、納米分析化學、單細胞分析化學、納米電化學及環(huán)境能源電化學等領域的教學科研工作。以通訊作者在Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Protocol, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem., Anal. Chem.等學術刊物上發(fā)表SCI論文400余篇,應邀在Acc. Chem. Res.,Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev.等期刊發(fā)表綜述,論文被他引>56,000次,H-index 122。2014-2022年連續(xù)入選湯森路透全球高被引科學家。以第一完成人獲國家自然科學獎二等獎、教育部自然科學獎一等獎、中國分析測試協(xié)會科學技術一等獎等。任Chem. Soc. Rev., ACS Sensors, Biosensors Bioelectronics, Small Methods等期刊編委。
